Taught and assisted lessons for an AP Computer Science: Principles and a Game Programming class, including
lessons on iteration and data structures in C# and Unity.
Replaced a lesson introducing networking and the internet with my custom lesson plan, giving the students a 20%
higher passing grade on formative assessments.
Conducted an activity demonstrating the recursive nature of malware spreading using a modified version of
heads-up, resulting in 95% of students correctly answering the respective question on a quiz.
Traded feedback with my mentor teacher regarding student retention strategies, assessing current understandings,
and what aspects of lessons are more or less effective than other alternatives.
